Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, handle all front desk operations efficiently, and support our leisure and hospitality services including restaurant reservations, spa bookings, gym memberships, and Gamex enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes using Opera PMS efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, restaurants, spa, gym, and Gamex activities.
  • Assist with reservations for rooms, dining, spa treatments, and leisure activities.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, manage invoices, and handle billing queries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote hotel services, upselling where appropriate (e.g., spa packages, restaurant specials, Gamex experiences).
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times.
