Responsibilities

Receptionists are responsible for greeting all visitors entering the community, answering inquiries, ensuring proper sign-in procedures, and managing incoming and outgoing mail for the community and residents. They may also handle basic office clerical tasks and respond to resident emergencies according to established protocols.
