For over 20 years, RCS has provided reliable and flexible solutions, including state-of-the-art transmitters and receivers, to suppliers and installers worldwide. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in shaping the visitor experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This is a Full-Time position based at our office in San Antonio, Texas, United States. We are offering a competitive hourly wage of $30 - $35 USD per hour. Responsibilities • Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner. • Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. • Respond to general enquiries via phone and email, providing information about the company and its products. • Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable reception area and meeting rooms. • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. • Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings. • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar administrative role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task effectively. • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. • A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in office administration are considered an advantage.
