ADDITIONAL TENANT EXPERIENCE

  • Prepare a local amenities file, becoming an expert on local knowledge
  • Create an e-newsletter and communicate regularly with tenants (as required)
  • Support and/or research and introduce social engagement services as appropriate and agreed e.g. Fitness Clubs, Networking, Sustainability, Negotiate tenant discount freebies at; local shops, restaurants, gym etc
  • Organise / assist in promotional events; Pop up markets – supporting local businesses as appropriate – eg Christmas and summer activities etc

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in a premium front-of-house role with a customer-focused approach
  • Immaculate presentation with engaging, welcoming personality
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at all levels
  • Strong time-management, administration skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and proficient in PC/Microsoft packages, Apple Mac
  • Flexible, proactive, with a team spirit and a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge in building/facilities management is advantageous
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a front of house reception service, with additional responsibilities, which will include:

Hours - This is a part time role, working on following days:

  • Monday – 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 9.30am – 5.30p
