Description
  • Part-time, 4 days per week on a two-week shift rotation.
  • Working every other weekend.
  • 9-5pm.
  • £14 per hour.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Greeting and welcoming owners, visitors and contractors to the parks.
  • General administrative tasks for the parks.
  • Managing aged debt.
  • Reporting and tracking warranty issues for new homes.
  • Obtaining owner documentation to evidence that they are meeting the requirements of the license agreements e.g., proof of residence, proof of insurance.
  • Updating management software.
  • Actioning and communicating to the grounds team, customer requests such as gas bottles, electricity readings, van washes, pitch tidys.
  • Collating and sharing owner feedback.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is an inviting place to welcome customers into and that it is in keeping with the 5-star standards of the park

DESIRABLE SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE

  • Flexibility in their working pattern, to cover holidays etc. of colleagues and to provide support during busy periods.
  • Must have the confidence to handle challenging situations and complaints.
  • Ability to work independently in this fast paced and dynamic role.
  • Reliable.

  • Professional and engaging.
