Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Responsibilities A line greeter serves visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally. Answer telephones, respond to, and send faxes. Directs visitors, employees, and patients appropriately. Must have strong communication skills and computer skills. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School graduate. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Requires excellent ability to effectively communicate with hospital staff and administration. Additional skills required: Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information. Preferred Job Requirements: Minimum of two years of office environment experience. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
Responsibilities
