The Opportunity:

The receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. They notify company personnel of visitor arrival, maintain security and telecommunications systems.

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • Office Administration Certificate preferred
  • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years secretary, receptionist, or related office experience

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $22.2136 to $28.7678 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
