Description Receptionist (Part-Time - Temporary) – Automotive Dealership Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers, guests, and team members in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and basic correspondence Provide general information about dealership departments, services, and current promotions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times Support managers and staff with clerical duties and special projects as needed Ensure all guests feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate department Requirements Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required Join our dealership and be part of a welcoming team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
