JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a massage/physio, or dental clinic
  • Prior experience using Jane App is preferred.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and customer support practices is essential.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks and general office procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience using Google Suite or similar software applications is an advantage.
