JOB SUMMARY:
The Receptionist is responsible for customer service at the front desk, including greeting, screening and directing families and visitors at this Long-Term Care facility (Care Centre). Monitors the reception area in accordance with policies and guidelines. Provides clerical support to management and committees. All duties are performed with consideration to the needs, care and satisfaction of the residents and in compliance with the Corporation’s privacy and confidentiality policies.
