Cedars is a Prep to Year 12 independent private school with over 800 students located just 10 kilometers south of Wollongong in the heart of the beautiful Illawarra. • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to respond to a diverse range of enquires from parents, staff members, students and the community
• Personable, positive and approachable nature with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing sick bay
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• High level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs with a good understanding of information technology
• A background in using computer database systems is desirable
• Reliable and committed to continuous improvement & innovation
• Experience or interest in the education industry would be advantageous
• Have a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to undergo relevant training
• Applicants must be committed Christians, active in their own church
