Main duties of the job
To provide a friendly welcome to all callers to the practice (including branch surgery) and act as a main point of contact for patients, visitors and general enquiries; you will work as part of the Practice Team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives. This role will require you to maintain information and monitoring systems, and to support the demands of an evolving programme.
Overview of your organisation
Central Surgery Rugby is the largest practice in Rugby and employs almost 60 staff. The practice is progressive and undergoing a period of positive change, currently looking at different ways of working.
Many staff working at the practice have been employed for many years and are terrifically loyal. We have a wide ranging demographic across staff groups and embrace diversity in its many forms.
