DESCRIPTION:

  • Warmly and professionally receive and assist all visitors, vendors, and employees upon arrival.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, orderly, and inviting at all times.
  • Promptly and politely answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls, providing general company information when needed.
  • Oversee visitor registration processes, issue visitor badges, and inform relevant personnel of guest arrivals.
  • Guide visitors and callers to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Communicate essential updates to staff as required (e.g., courier deliveries, meeting room adjustments).
  • Report any maintenance concerns in reception, shared areas, or equipment (e.g., lighting issues, malfunctioning coffee machines) to the relevant department (Facilities / Corporate Services / ICT).
  • Maintain records and manage items in the lost and found.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the designated Officer-in-Charge.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of Front Desk Receptionist experience
  • Computer literacy with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
