We’re looking for someone passionate about client care to join our front of house team to provide exceptional customer service at our fast paced busy veterinary practice and supporting branches, you will report to the Head Receptionist and work collaboratively with other team members, clients and colleagues to meet the needs of patients and their families throughout the client and patient journey.
The hours available are 40.5 hours average per week and could be based at any of our site locations. One in four weekends working Saturday and Sunday (8-6pm) every four weeks either at our Brindley Way Hospital or our Castleford Surgery. Shift patterns will include early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays on a monthly rota bases.
You will be expected to work at any of our branch sites for sickness and holiday cover which are: Brindley Way Hospital - Wakefield, Alverthorpe, Wakefield Northgate, Middleton, Castleford, Normanton, Pontefract and Great Houghton so flexibility and travel is essential in this role.

You will be exceptionally organised, thorough, resolution driven and have excellent communication skills and used to working in a very fast paced environment.
You will have attention to detail and pride in your place of work as looking after our branches and ensuring they are clinically clean and sterile and smelling and looking great is important for us and our clients and their pets.
