SALARY: £12.30 PER HOUR

Established in 1984, CHD Living is an award-winning family-owned group of care services in Surrey and South London, where we offer person-centred care from a friendly team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Kingston Rehabilitation Centre. Experience of working in a care environment would be helpful but is not essential.

• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming reception area.
• Ensuring show rooms are in order and bedrooms ready for admission.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with all enquiries appropriately and efficiently.
• Maintaining detailed records to facilitate an effective follow-up process.
• Assisting management with any appointments to be arranged, booking transport, typing, photocopying, emailing or faxing of records as required ensuring correct filing of the all relevant documentation.
• Processing incoming and outgoing post.
