What You'll Do: Organizes and coordinates unit/floor operations, manages schedules, assignments, and maintains office supplies to ensure smooth workflow Answers and directs incoming phone calls, greets visitors, handles inquiries, and communicates with residents, families, and staff while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations Arranges and confirms appointments for residents/patients and manages incoming mail, correspondence, and appropriate filing systems for records and documents Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems, and computers for word processing, database management, and other administrative tasks Maintains patient confidentiality, exemplifies professionalism, and communicates with respect, caring, and sensitivity to all health professionals and visitors Supports daily administrative duties including tracking clerical work, making copies, managing the switchboard, paging announcements, and handling emergencies as needed What You'll Need: High school education Must be 18 years of age or older At least one year of experience working with the geriatric population At least one year of experience working as a receptionist Experience with customer service required Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English Benefits Available for Qualified Positions: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, company-funded Life Insurance, and optional STD, LTD, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
