Ford of Arlington is currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist with a great work ethic to greet our customers and assist our sales team with their grow book of business. The Receptionist will be the voice and face for our dealership, therefore; this individual should be detail-oriented, professional, and have strong communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit and directs customers to the correct department. The Receptionist notifies and introduces the customer to appropriate dealership personnel.
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs callers to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using computer systems and tracking methods established by the dealership.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. The Receptionist creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents for management.
• Provides various administrative support as it pertains to the business of dealership.

Employee Prerequisites::

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Strong computerphone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
