Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s Breast Service Department is one of the largest in the country. We are looking for a resilient, hard-working, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and patient focus.
Based at Charing Cross Hospital in Hammersmith, you will be a key member of the breast service reception and administration team, providing a high-quality service to our patients and clinical staff. The postholder will contribute to the smooth running of the department by working closely with clinical staff and management to deliver comprehensive administrative support.
Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
