QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Clerk to join our Administrative department. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This full-time, hourly role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room availability.
  • Maintain records, files, and office supplies with careful attention to detail.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general clerical duties as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
