Our client is recruiting a Receptionist / Client Experience Administrator to join their team in Devon. This role offers the opportunity to combine client-facing duties with varied office administration in a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role

As a Receptionist / Client Experience Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors courteously, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently.
  • Handling daily reception duties and office administration.
  • Processing post, stocktaking office supplies, photocopying, and preparing documents.
  • Archiving client files and managing secure Strongroom storage.
  • Maintaining tidy and well-presented communal areas.
  • Providing occasional audio typing support.
