About the Role We’re seeking an extroverted, energetic, and tech-savvy Receptionist and Intake Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for potential new clients — handling a high volume of incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing initial client communications. You’ll play a vital role in gathering information from potential clients so our legal team can assess how we can help them. This position combines traditional front desk responsibilities with meaningful client interaction and administrative support in a modern, high-energy legal environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and route phone calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Handle a high call volume in a calm, courteous, and organized manner. Serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients — gather key information and enter it into our intake system. Schedule appointments, manage the firm calendar, and assist with client follow-up. Greet and assist visitors in the office. Support day-to-day operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Use our technology platforms (case management, communication, and scheduling tools) efficiently and accurately. Requirements Prior call center or high-volume phone experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking with people in stressful situations. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using modern technology and learning new systems. Prior experience in customer service, law firm reception, or client intake preferred.
