Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Client Liaison Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role primarily involves answering incoming telephone calls, managing new enquiries efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience. This is a temporary role for a 6 week period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival
  • Handle new client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information or directing them to the relevant department
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as required
  • Record and forward messages and enquiries accurately
  • Maintain client records and update databases as necessary
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client service
