Location: Perafita, Porto.
Program: 4 working days (10h/day) with 2 days off or 5 working days (8h/day) and 2 days off (Saturday or Sunday included).

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Welcoming the clients into the office and ensuring a positive environment for them at all times;
• Maintaining the order of the clients and guiding them to the available offices;
• Preparing the client list for the next 24 hours;
• Notifying the car wash department of the washing order;
• Offering support to the front office agents/return agents when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a driving licence - category B;
• You have at least intermediate (conversational) English;
• You have an optimistic and friendly attitude;
• You are empathetic and attentive to customer needs;
• You enjoy interacting with customers, even the most difficult ones;
• You are persistent and motivated to reach your targets (both individual and team targets);
• You are results orientated and solve problems (sorry, challenges) with responsibility;
• You are a team player;
• You are flexible;
• Experience in related fields is an advantage: Tourism, Horeca, Customer Relations, Sales.
