SUMMARY

We are seeking an Entry-Level Front Receptionist / Client Services professional to join our team at Ameriprise Financial through Wilson Wealth Advisors in Webster, TX. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will also support the team with administrative and client service tasks that enhance overall satisfaction and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply—training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
