Receptionist, Clifton Medical Services Department: Clifton Medical Services Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital Location: Karachi, Pakistan Introduction: The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its five Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations. Responsibilities: The incumbent will: provide administrative services, which include handling phone calls schedule appointments handle cash coordinate with other supervisors charge services to patient bill facilitate patients/relatives/visitors as required convey patient related problems to supervisor Requirements: Applicant should have: a Bachelor’s degree experience of working in a front office good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks familiarity with basic computer operations willingness to work in shift duties including nights Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
