About The Role: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of Clutch. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. What You'll Do: Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional way Answer and direct phone calls Assist with managing scheduling and appointments Provide support with vehicle ownership documents, key tagging, and related tasks Support Administration to ensure all documents are prepared before customers arrive Maintain a tidy and organized front customer reception area Handle incoming mail and deliveries Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed We're Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Authorization to work in Canada Clean criminal background checks Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack and excellent computer skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable working on-site at our 5400 Minoru Blvd, Richmond location Flexible schedule and are open to working evenings and weekends Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus!
