Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Manor Dental Clinic based in Osler Road, Headington, Oxford. Our 4 surgery practice also offers facial aesthetics and implants and is very accessible via local transport as parking is limited.

THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
