ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Westpole Dental Clinic based in Barnet.
Our three-surgery practice is a well-established part of the Barnet community with good transport links and offers both NHS and private services including whitening and Invisalign.

THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
