Communications is responsible for managing and streaming all incoming communications into the practice. In the modern world, our communications team fields incoming communications from New and Existing Patients through the phones, emails, socials and patient practice management software.

Communication’s role is to assist in the taking of all incoming communications with a focus on providing assistance and scheduling. This position that reports directly to the Practice Manager and Office Leader. The role requires consistency to meet the needs of our patients and the practice and it is important the you are willing and able to follow phone scripts for excellence and consistency.
Communications performs a variety of daily tasks. You will be responsible for taking callings, assessing and responding to emails and socials, working with marketing, following leads, coordinating New Patient appointments, confirmation of appointments.
