As the first point of contact for members and guests, this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the Club’s digital presence, communications, and day-to-day administrative functions. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming front desk experience while ensuring accurate communication of club information, reservations, and member services. In addition to front office responsibilities, this position plays a key role in shaping the Club’s communication strategy by developing and distributing email communications, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging digital and print materials. The role supports marketing initiatives, maintains the club website and event calendar, and ensures consistency in brand presentation across all member-facing platforms. This position requires the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with creative execution, while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism in all interactions. The Receptionist & Communications Coordinator works collaboratively with club leadership and department teams to support daily operations, enhance member engagement, and contribute to a positive and consistent club experience.
