Description Full-time Receptionist Needed! Competition BMW of Smithtown seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. At Competition BMW of Smithtown, we believe our associates are our greatest asset. We provide ongoing training and reward outstanding effort and results. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all customers coming into the dealership with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs. Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. Operate switchboard telephone system. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.
