Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist Concierge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive first impression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage visitor registration and sign-in procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure smooth meeting operations.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery.
  • Concierge Services:
  • Provide assistance with travel arrangements (e.g., booking flights, hotels, taxis ).
  • Assist with local area information and recommendations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide support with office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination (if applicable).
  • Customer Service:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
