Job Role / Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Facilitate the customers (i.e. patients and attendants) in the department; Book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures; Manage cash including the receipt of payments via debit/credit cards and cheques; Assist customer’s telephonic as well as walk in inquiries; Maintain all necessary record related to reception area; Train junior receptionists during their probation; Provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits; perform any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You should have: A Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years of related work experience preferred; Cash handling skills; Good communication skills (both in English and Urdu); Ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure; Good public relations and interpersonal skills; Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills; Willingness for shift and double duties.
Responsibilities
The receptionist will be responsible for facilitating patients and attendants, booking appointments via phone or in-person, and managing cash transactions including card and cheque payments. They will also maintain reception records and assist the supervisor with quality audits.
