Enthusiastic Receptionist required to join us in busy cosmetic dental practice. We need you to be the Director of First Impressions!
Patients can be anxious so we need someone with the empathy & understanding to give everyone a great welcome.
Seapoint Clinic is one of Ireland’s largest dental practices carrying out primarily cosmetic & dental implant treatments. We have a large team of over 50 great people based in Blackrock & Sandyford, Co. Dublin. We have onsite staff canteen, dental laboratory & the latest dental technology available. We aim to provide our clients with theirbest dental experience every time.

REQUIREMENTS

Technology is used daily so a working ability with computers is essential for the role. You must be comfortable in a dental environment. We always try to train staff for other roles too so that they can help out if needed. Flexibility is important for this role.
Excellent communication skills are a must. You must have empathy and people skills for this role.
You must be friendly, caring and hard working for this role. Our patients deserve the best and only those who genuinely want to care for them are suitable for this role.
Prior experience is useful but not essential as we are happy to help train the right person. Your positive attitude is more important than previous experience.
If successful you will be working with a team of experienced dental professionals in our Blackrock Clinic.

Responsibilities

Welcoming our amazing patients to the clinic. Patients can be very nervous so we need someone who makes everyone feel special.
Assist in making appointments- Helping people get booked with the right clinician at the right time.
Taking payments- Nobody likes this part but the right person can make it as painless as possible.
Being a patient advocate- Getting feedback from patients, good or bad, is important for quality control and so we can be the best that we can be.
Helping with all queries- This can be on the phones, at front desk & online chat.
