About Us:  Cotti Foods began in 1967 with the purchase of one Taco Bell restaurant in Southern California. Since then, we’ve expanded to include Wendy’s in 2014 and Pieology in 2015, and we now proudly operate over 200 restaurants across 6 states. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our corporate team.   Receptionist   What you will do: As the first point of contact for Cotti Foods' corporate office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and supporting a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.   Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Greet and welcome visitors; ensure they are directed appropriately and comfortably accommodated. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally.   * Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings in Microsoft Outlook. * Prepare and manage outgoing/incoming mail, packages, and express deliveries (UPS, FedEx, etc.). * Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies; place orders as needed to keep inventory stocked.  * Maintain a clean, organized supply room and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs (e.g. copier, kitchen appliances, plumbing, alarm system). * Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. * Organize and manage weekly car wash service for staff. * Manage document filing and coordinate shredding/storage of old files. * Assist with general office upkeep to create a positive and professional workspace. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Required Skills and Abilities:  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Demonstrated professionalism and a strong customer service mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to assist where needed.   Education and Experience: * High School graduate or GED certificate required * Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. * Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.   Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
