REQUIREMENTS:

• Answer phone and route calls accordingly
• Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Deliver faxes and mail
• Provide other administrative support as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of Grade 12 or its equivalency
• Recent two years of related experience in similar role, automotive experience is preferred
• Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
