JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is an asset.
  • Customer service experience is essential; prior experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in various situations.   • Handle clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the dental or medical office staff with scheduling appointments and managing patient records if applicable.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
