Answer multi-line phone, greet visitors, and provide clerical support to organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma or equivalent work experience
2. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
3. Capability to effectively handle multiple tasks, details, and interruptions
4. Able to maintain a high degree of tact, professionalism and confidentiality
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. Ability to write legibly
7. Ability to operate a switchboard, computer, calculator, fax machine, copier, scanner and other office equipment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Answer incoming calls, determines nature of business, transfers calls, and/or takes messages as needed.
2. Greet clients, new employees, vendors, etc., ascertains nature of visit, and directs them to the appropriate individuals.
3. Prepare memos, labels, letters, reports and other correspondence as needed.
4. Open and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail daily.
5. Coordinate daily use of conference rooms.
6. Complete various administrative duties including copying, filling, scanning and faxing as needed.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
