Our client is a university alumni club, and they seeking a warm and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is key in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or reception roles preferred.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with basic AV or event set-up tasks (training will be provided).
• Willing to work evening shifts; no weekend work required.

• Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival.
• Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries.
• Provide information on clubhouse facilities and event space bookings.
• Manage facility bookings and coordinate with the corporate team for follow-up.
• Provide on-site event support, including registration, ushering, and basic AV set-up.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for logistics arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and lounge areas.
• Restock and organize pantry supplies and co-working amenities.
• Monitor clubhouse rules to ensure a pleasant and conducive environment.
• Perform daily closing duties such as shutting down systems and securing premises.
• Report incidents, member feedback, and maintenance issues to the corporate team.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
