JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:
Front Desk Duties:
1. Attend to inquiries: Respond to telephone and walk-in inquiries from students, parents, vendors, and visitors.
2. Mail distribution: Attend to incoming mail and distribute it to relevant staff.
3. Key issuance: Issue keys to students and staff.
4. Document management: Organize and upkeep administrative documents, and distribute them to relevant teachers and/or students.
5. Form issuance: Issue relevant forms and documents to staff as requested.
Student Care Duties:
1. Sick bay attendance: Attend to students in the sick bay and maintain student injury logbook.
2. Parent contact: Contact parents of students who are unwell or dismissed early.
3. Staff attendance: Retrieve and update daily staff attendance reports.
Administrative Support Duties:
1. Document filing: File procurement and payment documents, and check for signatures.
2. Payment record upkeep: Maintain payment record files and ensure all payment vouchers are accounted for.
3. Bus booking records: Check monthly ad hoc bus booking records and follow up on discrepancies.
4. Ad hoc tasks: Assist with temperature taking exercise and other school exercises.
