ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining meeting rooms and calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.
  • Support in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and ensure stock availability.
Responsibilities

RECEPTION DUTIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and maintain a visitor log.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating required documentation.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks like invoice management and petty cash.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
