RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Profound Realtors is open to welcome a new Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant who are looking for a full-time opportunity to join the Team.

Responsibilities
  • Answer, filter & transfer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome guests and entertain vendors with their needs & directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Handling company emails and transfer/filtering to the appropriate department or receiver.
  • Answering, entertaining inquiries of prospective leads through social media accounts and other related applications.
  • Attending or assisting teammates with their administrative needs related to sales and documentations.
  • Filling, organizing and arranging documents as such Tenancy Contracts and Office Documents.
  • Submitting applications and creating Contracts (A,B & F), Form I, Ejari, DLD Permit Listing and Posting properties to different Real Estate Portals.
  • Attending and guiding Landlords and Tenants to apply for the required work permit and preparing Move In and Move out Reports.
  • Handling and using CRM and other lead generating software to keep the sales and agents on track.
  • Manage company registration with different Developers in UAE.
  • Follow up agents’ sales commission and other pending registration with the developers or other related companies.
  • Applying for any staff’s required assistance such as medical insurances, visa and leaves.
  • Monitoring the office stationaries and pantry stocks.
  • Arranging and setting up Meetings and Project Presentation for the team and developers’ Relationship Managers.
  • Creating and editing brochures of the latest projects for the sales teams.
