Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin and Sales Executive
Department: Front Office / Sales & Administration
Reports To: Sales Manager / Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

City One Tourism & Travel is looking for a motivated and professional Receptionist cum Admin and Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential support to our administrative and sales teams. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service and tourism.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel sales (UAE experience preferred).
· Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
· Knowledge of UAE tourist attractions and visa procedures is an advantage.
· Customer-focused, presentable, and organized with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRECEPTION & FRONT DESK:

· Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding tour packages and travel services.
· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
· Schedule client appointments and coordinate with tour consultants and drivers.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

· Maintain and update customer and booking records.
· Assist with documentation related to visa processing, ticketing, and invoicing.
· Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative filing.
· Support internal departments with coordination and clerical tasks.
