Description

RECEPTIONIST FRONT DESK SERVICES

  • Welcome all visitors to the University and ensure they are assisted in a pleasant manner.
  • Respond to all routine enquiries directly and refer non-routine enquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls.
  • Maintain and tidy the front counter receptionist area
  • Distribute all the University incoming mail, including tracking where appropriate.
  • Arrange for couriers when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualification must be Diploma or above.
  • Minimum one (1) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in general administration tasks.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer skill including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months
    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
