Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience in gym selling, knowledgeable about gym products and This role is ONLY for candidates who are serious about fitness, passionate about helping people.

  • Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to potential clients.
  • Conduct facility tours, explain membership benefits, and address client inquiries to drive conversions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and community partners for bulk membership sales.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach (calls, emails, events).
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and referral programs.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide feedback on customer preferences to enhance offerings

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales (fitness/retail/hospitality sectors preferred).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Attributes: Passion for fitness, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
