Receptionist Cum Secretary - Female Arabic Nationality
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Female Arabic National to join our real estate office as a Receptionist Cum Secretary. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings,
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the real estate team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
  • Assist Legal Team to type Contracts

Requirements:

  • Only Female Arabic National.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or Secretary, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Arabic & English Typing Skill is Must
  • Mandate UAE Experience at least 3-4 Years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
