We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist “Preferably FEMALE” to be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations and supporting administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and other deliveries.
  • Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy, presentable condition.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Support the administrative team with basic office tasks.
  • Perform cold calling and follow-ups with leads provided by the sales team.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Oversee stock management of existing company materials.
  • Supervise office cleaners and ensure cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Prepare packing lists, delivery permits, and delivery schedules for outgoing materials.
  • Maintain and monitor staff attendance records.
