An Architectural and Engineering Consultancy is looking for a Receptionist cum Secretary cum Admin
Jobe Description:
· Directly reporting to the Managing Director
· Sending all the correspondence to all Clients and the Contractor
· Taking care of the incoming and outgoing emails
· Look after the reception duties
· Look after the cleanliness of the storage & Canteen
· Taking care of the stationeries and other supplies of the offices
· Prepares and sends invoices for the services rendered to the clients.
· Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
· Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
· Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
· Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
· Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
· Attending to incoming calls from clients and other companies.
· Checks e-mails and files the documents received.
· Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Immediate availability. Must be a tagalog speaker but fluent in english (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
