SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Cumbria Park Hotel in Carlisle. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for impeccable guest experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with office software such as Google Suite; knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
