C&W have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist to join our Global Occupier Services team, working with a prestigious corporate client. The Receptionist is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team. We are looking for this person to provide a positive experience at the client’s offices, ensuring that employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported and receive a positive first impression of the client. You will perform a variety of operational and administrative functions in support of the Facility Services organization and in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, guidelines, and objectives. This position provides support in the areas of access control to the facility, employee moves, data tracking, reporting, dispatching, event support and daily operations coordination. Principal Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and organizing of the front desk activities. The receptionist must be able to establish interpersonal relationships and communicate well as the first person who customers see and talk to. Assists employees with special requests and acts as an employee relations liaison to provide helpful and accurate information to employees and visitors. Customer service is a top priority for our client. You are the first point of contact for our employees, customers, candidates, and vendors. A friendly, helpful, engaging experience is most important for each person that visits the front desk. Duties will include greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system. This will also include issuing of temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors, directing visitors appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. Follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy when speaking with all callers while maintaining professional, friendly demeanor. Multiple administrative tasks include event support and assisting with property management ticket requests. You will be assisting with onsite meetings and will provide support such as setup and/or teardown of meetings, lunches, HHs, or townhalls, printing, and assisting workmates or visitors. The receptionist will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as printing FedEx labels, creating shipments/pickups, and maintaining the package/storage areas. Help keep reception area clean and tidy and decorate for occasions and holidays. Assist local Workmates or stakeholders with event or project needs, i.e. printing, signage, etc. Knowledge: High School Diploma or in country equivalent 1-3 years’ experience required. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
